The college has a well equipped reference library and subscribes to current international and national journals and technical periodicals in the field of Advertising, Arts and Photography. The college seeks institutional membership in other important libraries equipped with books in related areas. Hostel The college has its own hostel building. Accommodation is provided to out-station students. Separate block for girl students. Study Tour The annual study tour is an important part of the curriculum and is arranged to places of cultural interest to enable the students to get familiar with the rich cultural heritage of the country. The students are encouraged to involve themselves in sketching, photography and in research. There is a compulsory study tour for the specialized courses. Concessional facilities, wherever possible, will be obtained from the authorities concerned. Art Exhibition The college organises an annual Art Exhibition of selected works by students at the end of the academic year. Extra Curricular Activities Students are encouraged to participate in workshops, wood cut, camps, seminars and competitions at state and national levels in related areas. The college arranges guest lectures and demonstration lectures by professionals. The college also organises competitions in Applied Arts, Painting and Photography for other educational institutions. Sports and Games The college offers facilities in all indoor and outdoor games. Students can avail themselves of facilities under the guidance of the Physical Director. |
