Sri
Venkateshwara College of Pharmacy has been approved by the "All India
Council for Technical Education" New Delhi, Govt. of India. The Norms
and standards set by this Council are strictly followed. Sri Venkateshwara
College of Pharmacy is affiliated to Osmania University, one of the largest
Universities in Asia. The degree is awarded by the University and it recommends
in matters relating to infrastructural facilities, academic standards, in
syllabus, and scheme of examination etc.
The College is housed in its own premises with an independent Campus located
in a picturesque landscape. The faculty of Pharmacy comprises of a team
of talented, dedicated and committed teachers. A unique placement cell of
the college takes care of the interaction of the institution with the industry
there by providing ample opportunities for the students to work on diverse
research projects and to seek attractive placements in the pharmaceutical
companies. One of the prominent methods adopted for imparting instructions
is Integrated Teaching. The laboratories are well equipped to provide an
ideal learning environment. These and other features make this college a
training centre for future pharmaceutical technologists to be successful

Venkateshwara College of Pharmacy offers courses leading to the award of
Professional Post Graduate Course in Pharmacy(M.Pharm) Pharmaceutics, degree in Bachelor of Pharmacy and Diploma in Pharmacy by the
Osmania University, Hyderabad and Board of Technipal Education, Govt. of
Andhra Pradesh respectively. The Programmes are open to all those who have
finished Intermediate (10+2) or its equivalent exam. The annual intake for
Bachelor of Pharmacy is 60, for Diploma in Pharmacy is 60 and for M.Pharm(Pharmaceutics) is 8. The academic
programme for B.Pharmacy is as per AICTE/OU norms and for D.Pharmacy as
per PCI and Board of Technical Education ofA.P. The courses include
both intense theoretical input and practical training.

Admissions
are as per the guide lines of the Government of Andhrapradesh. The candidates
seeking admission to the four year B.Pharm. course should apply in the
prescribed form after being qualified in EAMCET and interviewed by the
EAMCET-CONVENOR. The application form along with the prospectus can be
obtained from the college office on payment
of the prescribed fee.
